Do I
need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No. For your convenience, equipment and cleaning supplies are provided
by San Antonio Quality Maid Service. We will be glad to accommodate you,
should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies.
Do I
have to be home when you clean?
No, not if you don’t want to. In fact, most of our customers prefer to
have their homes cleaned while they are at work. Typically, our
customers will issue us a key that we keep locked safely. The choice is
yours.
Do I
have to do anything before you come?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few
minutes before we come and pick up extra clothing, toys, and other
household items that could interfere with the cleaning of your home.
How do I
pay for the service?
Most customers find it convenient to leave a check, payable to Quality
Maids, on the kitchen table or counter top. Payment is made on the day
of each visit.
