Your continuing guarantee of quality is the Customer Care Card which is signed by one of our cleaning supervisors only when she/he is satisfied that the work has  been completed to our approved standard. The customer Care Card has a web address which you can visit and tell us your comments and suggestions, which will always be welcomed – because your needs determine our growth.
OUR EMPLOYEES
To become an employee, candidates must pass a thorough background investigation, including an official criminal history check conducted by Infocheck.com, before they are hired by San Antonio Quality Maid Service.

In addition, our staffs are U.S. legal employees who are bonded and insured. San Antonio Quality Maid Service is responsible for all applicable payroll taxes and insurance,  eliminating the customer liability often associated with independent maids. OUR CLEANING PRODUCTS
Nowadays, people want to feel assured that their homes are safe from common and dangerous bacteria like E. coli, salmonella and even simple mold is creating increased health issues for families. Our cleaners, provided by Organikleen, use an active ingredient that is as familiar to us as air and water – hydrogen peroxide - (H2O2) – our natural germ killer eliminates more  than 99.9% of household germs. Our products will kill germs specifically where applied, and then quickly degrade into water and oxygen with no harmful byproducts
OUR EQUIPMENT
Our carpet vacuums are equipped with large brushes and powerful motors designed to remove most of the dirt imbedded in your carpets. They also use an Active Air Clean Filter that is very effective at removing pet hair and eliminating odors. Our industrial floor vacuums also use the Active Air Clean Filter system and are specifically designed to remove hair and dirt from all hard floors.
